Mitsubishi lift installation
SABMER has been installing Mitsubishi lifts as a subcontractor for over four years. We carry a job through two stages:
- Stage bet — the mechanics: machines, ropes, counterweight, cab and doors
- Stage gimel — we start the lift in maintenance mode and bring the shaft and the cab through to full service
Terms of work
Employment on the books, wages on the 10th of every month. The terms:
- ✓We train from scratch — no lift experience needed
- ✓₪50 an hour, net
- ✓Weekdays — 7:00 to 17:00
- ✓Saturdays — optional, 7:00 to 12:00
- ✓Coffee on arrival — half an hour
- ✓Lunch — 12:00 to 13:00
- ✓Work vehicle and workwear — on the company

I came in with no experience at all and started from scratch. At first you work mostly as a helper; as you pick things up you do more and more on your own. Whenever something is unclear you ask a senior fitter, and they always help — no aggression, no shouting. Everything is exactly as advertised. Wages were never once late; they are paid on time and in full.
Founders
Two people run the company, and both came up on site: contracts, installation method and quality on the job are theirs. Amir has seven years in the lift trade. Vladimir trained as a site foreman at a university in Khabarovsk and has over fifteen years in construction — first there, now here in Israel.
